No Questions Asked Return Policy


We will despatch in 3 to 5 days

It’s Ok to change mind, & we value our customers decision & that’s reason we have No Questions Asked Return Policy.

If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 nights of sleeping on your new Sleep Sound Mattresses, you may return it for any reason, and you are entitled to a full refund after deducting Logistics.

Products must be in a great condition to be eligible for return e.g., no stains, tears, odour’s etc.

Return request must be done within 30days of purchasing Sleep Sound Mattresses.

Returns for website purchases must be made directly via our website in Returns section or through email on support@sleepsoundmattresses.in

Refunds will be initiated via the same payment method used to order the mattress

We will be sending you packaging material with documents for the reverse pickup


Please note, the collections can take up to 7 business days.

If there are any cancellations or size changes after dispatch of the order, a fee for logistics will be charged to the customer depending on the product and case at hand

Exceptions to refund

1. There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.
2. The 30-nights trial does not cover the exchange of your mattress due to an incorrect size ordered by you.

3. This policy is limited to one mattress or one smart base return per household per year

 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Call the Sleep Sound Mattresses Support Team on 1800 313 6265  or email at support@sleepsoundmattresses.in to raise your return request.

2. Fill in a simple Sleep Sound Mattresses Order Return Form.

3. Your return request will be validated and accepted within 48 hrs.

4. You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.

5. Next, we will be sending you a package with packing material and return documents. This includes:


Protective Cover – A protective cover to pack the mattress, This will ensure that the return reaches us undamaged.

Waybill – Waybill copies which contain  FROM (Your) and TO (Our) address.

Invoice Copy – A physical Invoice copy of your Order.


6. Once you receive the packing material, please pack your mattress and stick the Waybill on the Protective cover.

7. Hand over the Invoice and other documents to our courier partner.

8. Once your return is picked up, we will immediately process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
