- 3. It cannot be redeemed at any of offline stores, multi brand stores, or any other websites (marketplaces) such as amazon.com or flipkart.com etc.
- 4. eGift card is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another gift voucher/Giftcard/cash/cheque.
- 5. Only one gift card can be redeemed against a single invoice.
- 6. The eGift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.
- 7. If the invoice value exceeds the remaining/Gift Voucher (full value), customer can pay the balance amount through Debit card, Credit card and available payment gateways on www.sleepsoundmattresses.in (COD not applicable)
- 8. Sleep Sound Mattresses shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using this eGift card.
- 9. The holder of this eGift card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the eGift card and the related credentials mentioned on it. No loss/duplicate eGift card will be issued or compensated.
- 10. Sleep Sound Mattresses reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Any dispute should be referred to the Sleep Sound Mattresses and the decision of the company shall be final. Legal Dispute/s will be subjected to Mumbai jurisdiction.
